As UPI approaches its 10th birthday, the proposed Safe ePay

Every year on November 9, India reaffirms a fundamental right
— access to justice for all.
The Legal Services Authorities Act of 1987 ensured that justice cannot be a
privilege for the few but a right for everyone.

courtrooms to the financial realm — every citizen deserves equal access to
secure digital transactions.
