It’s a day to
express gratitude for teachers who shape minds and inspire future generations.
Schools and institutions often hold special events to recognize their
invaluable role.

India celebrates Teachers’ Day ππ¨π«. The date marks the birth anniversary of Dr.
Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a philosopher, scholar, and the second President
of India. Known for his humility, when his students wished to celebrate his
birthday, he suggested instead:
“It would be my
proud privilege if September 05 is observed as Teachers’ Day.” [^1]
This transformed a
personal celebration into a collective acknowledgment of teachers everywhere.
Educators are not merely transmitters of facts but guardians of values,
protectors of curiosity, and builders of trust.
But as we honor
teachers, we also live in a digital era where safety is as important as

Safe ePay Day — a global observance to honor secure digital financial
systems and spread awareness about protecting money online.

Report (2022–23) reported a surge in digital fraud [^3]. Worldwide, Juniper
Research estimates losses could exceed $343 billion between 2023–2027
[^4].
If Teachers’ Day
reminds us of who nurtured our minds, Safe ePay Day would remind us of who
protects our money.
