- **Relationship Building:**
Forge strong relationships with schemes and third parties.
- **Contract Negotiation:**
Negotiate contracts between Monzo
and third parties, managing the mini P&L and performance and unit economics
for payment schemes.
- **Performance Communication:**
Communicate general scheme performance, reporting and benchmarking Monzo’s performance with the schemes.
