A highly experienced and strategic leader is sought to oversee the Global Sales Order Management function. This senior role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in leading large, diverse teams and driving transformation and change. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales order management and the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations at the highest levels.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Global Team Leadership**: Lead and define the delivery of global Sales Order Management and support, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Support customer retention, manage escalations, and influence change while managing stakeholder expectations. Drive high performance by leading and coaching a diverse global team.

- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for the function. Provide critical inputs to strategic investment cases and other business priorities.

- **Compliance and Control**: Establish and maintain a control framework to comply with third-party and regulatory obligations, including SOX compliance. Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure that volume, service, and quality targets are met and continually strive for stretch targets. Improve processes to maintain best-in-class service.

- **Financial Management**: Carry financial and budget responsibilities specific to operations management, service, and metrics. Make final decisions on administrative or operational matters to achieve objectives effectively.

- **Customer Service**: Ensure seamless service provision to customers by encouraging full collaboration and providing necessary tools and information.

- **Talent Strategy**: Develop a sustainable talent strategy to build a motivated, high-performing organization. Role model leadership for the team.

- **Transformation Programs**: In partnership with Sales and Technology, plan and deliver transformation and change programs aligned with organizational strategy and objectives. Bring strong commercial acumen.
